EVE for Tesla app for iPhone and iPad

The EVE for Tesla companion app has three main features: Voice Control, Voice Feedback, and AutoLogin / AutoLogout. For the voice features to work the app must be running in the foreground on your phone.

VOICE CONTROL

Here are a few things you can say:

- “What’s the weather forecast”

- “What’s my agenda for today” (must have the calendar app setup)

- “Open Twitter” (You can open all apps this way)

- “Refresh Calendar” (You can refresh the data for many of the apps this way)

- “Activate LEAVING HOME scene” (replace "LEAVING HOME” with the name of your scene - must have EVEConnect setup with a scene configured)

- “Turn on the LIVING ROOM light” (replace "LIVING ROOM” with the name of your light - must have EVEConnect setup with a light)

- “Lock the FRONT DOOR" (replace "FRONT DOOR” with the name of your lock - must have EVEConnect setup with a door lock)

- “Close the garage door” (must have EVEConnect setup with a garage door)


VOICE FEEDBACK

You can also have EVE read items to you:

- Listen to RSS News items

- Have a Calendar event read to you

- Have a Tweet read to you


AUTOLOGIN / AUTOLOGOUT

One of the other great features of the EVE for Tesla companion app is the Autologin / Autologout capabilities. Once setup, the app will automatically log you out of the EVE for Tesla dashboard when you leave your vehicle and automatically log you in when you return.
